Pricing is available on a per shelf or per freezer basis in segregated and non-segregated environments. We provide monthly fees that are all inclusive of operation and maintenance.
Peace of mind
We provide 24/7/365 equipment monitoring with on-call manpower for after hours alarms and full disaster recovery plans. All sites have emergency system back-up. Your samples are safe and secure even in the event of a power failure. We maintain redundant and backup storage capabilities in the event of a catastrophic failure at a customer site. Contingency/backup freezers ensure that your sample safety is maintained in the event of equipment failure. We provide monthly product integrity reports with temperature tags.
