Fisher BioServices supports efficient cataloging and archiving; customized sample retrieval systems, distribution of samples through our biospecimen management services for improved workflow and elimination of potential errors. FDA guidance documentation regarding 21 CFR Part 11 is the guiding principle for the Software Validation program.
FBS ensures that access to your samples is limited to authorized users; all access is recorded. All processes are governed by the strictest document control via GMP compliant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Good Documentation Practices. All employees receive a formal training program designed in accordance with cGMP regulations.
Know how your samples are transported
FBS offers a full line of IATA-compliant cryogenic shipping containers and accessories; dual purpose transport and storage systems; slide mailers; customized shipping kits available for distribution to clinical sites. We will transport your materials under strict supervision by your trained staff and drivers, operating Fisher BioServices owned and operated vehicles.
Know that your samples are protected
Monthly reports are provided to customers as a standard offering. In addition, various other data can be provided. Experienced, well-trained staff is in place at each facility, with Quality Assurance Staff oversight of all quality-related activities. All Validation records are maintained in hard-copy format for archival purposes and are available for customer access. Storage units are validated prior to use utliziing GMP compliant IQ/OQ/PQ testing and thorough documentation.
